Oh dear! A friend of mine bought one of them new many years ago - he sold it after a few years when the memory seat system failed and literally tried to crush him whilst he was driving at 100kph on the open road - took it into the dealer and they said "Yeah, we've seen this quite a bit" Weirdly he recently bought the V6 model, so guess he didn't learn his lesson about VW s**tness.

Easy explanation here in South Florida (where tons of these cars live). Lambos are for “wantrepenuers”… the kind of people who buy them even though they can’t afford them so they can flex at supercar meetups and “network” with other “rich people.” But Ferraris are purchased by people who actually can afford them. I’ve gone to Lambo club events and Ferrari club events… and most of the Ferrari owners are older and have real money. Plus they follow the racing teams, they have bougey events, etc. It’s a club for rich people. They are also bigger collectors. A lot of Ferrari owners collect Ferraris, which isn’t the same for Lambo owners at all. Also, because of those differences, having an old car, Lambo or not, isn’t cool to the poser-rich Lambo buyers. But having an old ferrari IS cool to the ferrari club. I’ve seen a countach get more positive attention at Ferrari events than Lambo events. Seriously… Lambo owners just aren’t loyal to the brand - they’re loyal to whatever makes them look rich and standout. And sadly, many people comment the same way. If they’re broke and can’t afford these cars they shit on Ferrari and think Lambos are cooler. But if they have money they are team Ferrari. Lol

Love both you April and Tyler! You guys are everything that car people are! 😂 I'm in Ireland so because of our Vechile Registration Tax, a super car is rare so we enjoy them when they drive by! Porsche are pretty common though! I always thought the fact that the Lambos essentially use an Audi engine, the R8 took over here, plus you can get the same engine in the RS6 Avant and that is what a lot of people chose to go for. Ferrari still pretty special and a lot of them here!

Well its not surprising that with the MASSIVE jump in the cost of all cars the last 5 years that its inevitable they would go down a little. The same goes for everything else that doubled in price if not more but that being said ferrari is more posh as well as trying to be flashy and while its still flashy for lamborghini there is a totally different feeling driving them. Some that prefer lamborghini just like the drive more which attracts them to the brand as well as the more aggressive and edgy stying is also more appealing to certain people like myself

I grew up when the Viper was 1st introduced and when my jaw dropped seeing the very first Hennessey tuned Viper on the cover of Motor Trend magazine, then, years following the Viper craze and the stories about the lawsuits against Hennessey !! Yes, even today, I still have a bad taste in my mouth about Hennessey. What I don't understand is why he publicly never made a statement or an apology ?? I think Hoovie made a mistake by looking at Alumni sales, because it is possible that buyers who know the previous sale price of a car are inclined not to pay as much as if they did not know. Selling your car on the same website you bought it from, thereby advertising the purchase price that you paid, is probably not the best idea, and I think that the whole premise of this video is based on that bad marketing/sales decision.
