I've been using systane eyedrops morning and night castor oil on my eyelids st night and eye vitamins also 20mg lutein morning and night am I on the right track? I have cataract s nearsighted and will be 65 in February thank you 😊

I'd add one more step as part of the systemic possible cause. If someone has dysautonomia etc., they can add Vagus Nerve Stim along with the serious treatments like RF, IPL, phased corticos, phased doxycycline (3-4 months), expression (with the basic stuff like lid wipes. Not really sold on Xiidra etc. The data was very underwhelming. You can stop the inflammatory cycle with real drugs (sorry) like Doxy, Prednisone etc (temporarily of course against the risks).

oh i don’t know the answer to that sorry. but perhaps try asking if they have ipl or rf. if they do they are likely invested in dry eye

I'm sorry but the Omega 3 is way out of my price range. Will try Bruder mask. I'm on generic Restasis but my right eye still acts up fairly often.
