I am the pack rat that saves every nut, bolt, screw, and straight piece of wood because you never know. I also admire strong woman. My parents raised 5 girls. No boys at all. My father remodeled our 5 bedroom house himself. I was the help. Now at age 64, I can still use any power tool, draw up plans and complete projects on my own. My husband still wants to hire things done.

As you were speaking about going back to spaces, I immediately pictured my childhood home. My parents lived there for over 50 years. I remember the last time I walked out of that house, when my mom sold it and moved to her apartment more than a decade ago. 💔 all of the cement my dad poured with our names and dates, the barn my dad built, the tiny bedroom all four girls shared, the kitchen where my mama cooked 50 yrs of family meals...dad gone in 2006, mom in Dec 2022...I'll always have the memories. I treasure your channel. Thanks❣️

Your comment "Nothing is certain but everything is possible" should be a family motto. Now that my children are grown, that sentiment doesn't have the same ring as it would to someone raising kids and not knowing where they will all land but having hope it will be a good place. i like running so i bought a treadmill for the winter months, but it was too big for the house... so i designed an outdoor glass house just for the treadmill, the reason is my home is on a mountain and the view from it is to die for... i now have a 360' view of gorgeous mountains... summer rolling green hills to run across, winter rolling hills of snow... to watch from a warm glass house.

Wow is a word that describes all of your accomplishments. From the first few videos of when you were building your tiny house to the creation of your amazing garden. I've been a dedicated viewer, with each video ending in a culmination of peace, love and understanding of family, growth and dedication. 💕 Tears, laughter and quiet moments as I observed your dreams coming true. Again "wow" when I realized that you had a "Farm on Route 66" horse, such a coincidence because I love Alan's family and follow them as well. Jimmy Houston is another channel that I follow and again I said "wow" with tears in my eyes as you received the fishing gear and delivered it. My soul needed the examples of kindness, thank you.

Also loved your little home once you got out of your trailer, and look how much your family has blossomed and the gorgeous home that you both live in now. The two of you and the children have been wonderfully blessed, just stay the course in doing what you guys do because as long as you do, you’ll always be blessed. Jimmy Houston and Danielle with the arms family are also wonderful people, Jimmy, Houston, and his fishing and his dear and his wonderful wife, I’ve been watching him for years. Suggestion from a retired firefighter, (no bad comment, Jeremy... remember you might have a firefighter son). I would recommend an oil-filled radiator heater for the tiny house. No exposed heat element and no fan to worry about. You could set up one centrally in the middle of the house and it will convectively heat the tiny home and keep things from freezing. You can't keep adjusting the temp on these as they take a while to heat the room up or cool it down due to convection, so it's a "set it and forget it" operation, but they are very safe, economical and have fall protection. Carry on...

After having watched your videos for probably the last year, year and a half, I JUST NOW saw the video you posted about selling your home and the anticipated move into the trailer (yeah, I know, I'm a slacker and not someone who has watched every video posted, like, from the beginning). It brought tears to my eyes and a lump to my throat, now realizing the true sacrifice your family has made over the years!! OMGoodness!! I love your new home, I do. But that trailer? And your family of 6 in it?? Your kids were so small. OK, I'll admit. I've not seen the build of the "tiny house" yet. More emotion to come. Amazing. Simply amazing. ❤️

That is so cool Riley spoke to Daniel from the Arms family. I watch that channel also., along with Jimmy Houston. The tiny home looks so cute. I can't wait to see the gym..

I suggest you put a dehumidifier in the tiny home to deal with moisture.

I wanted to put my 2 cents in about how empty you said the house is feeling in the last video. We are building our new home on our acreage and I love our land so much! I'm going to hire a photographer to take "beauty shots" of our land and animals and make them into pics to hang. I like the canvas wrap prints a lot. I bet you'd get some gorgeous pictures out there.

Great new project! That’s Awesome to turn the old place into a Gym and Recreation room! I see a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table and a pinball machine in the future 😉😁👍

So glad you’re giving the tiny home a new lease on life. I’ve got a feeling the teens will make good use of it. And how generous of friends to donate all that gear and time. Such beautiful skies you have out there, just proving once again you chose the right place. ❤

I use discarded headboards and footboards in my garden. Just staple some chicken wire to it and let vined veggies grow up them!
