Hi Jason & Manu, Another great video. Way out of my price range but the building's location is great as are the facilities. All of the units were massive and the developers did a good job with the renos. Sorry to hear you've been crook. I think there's been some sort of flu like bug around as a few people I've talked to have mentioned that they haven't been 100%. I really enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work. Let me know when you're ok for lunch. Another thing that people might like to know is that if you continue along the road that runs besides Terminal 21, North Pattaya road, not far along there is a really big Tesco Lotus shopping centre and a huge Decathalon - for sporting/camping stuff. I've walked from Terminal. I was down Bang Saray way the other day and saw the famous Del Mare....very chilled relaxed vibe........hmmmm.

Hi Chris, thank you 😊 Yes nice apartments, building and location, thanks for mentioning the big Lotus just up from T21, I used to go there all the time when living in Wongamat and should have pointed it out in the video, my bad. Yeah it was like the flu but the doctors said no and more likely from the pollution but anyway I’m feeling good again. Great to hear you went to Bang Saray, you know my thoughts on the area but it’s not for everyone, has it got you thinking about a possible move? Chat soon about lunch, maybe next week? Let us put the prices aside for a moment, and dream away.. I love this area, and the beach around it. If I was to choose an area to live in Pattaya, close to the beach, this would be it. Way overpriced units, 2 bedders maybe 200K USD max. There's many Reasons 11-year-old, brand new units available, price is definitely at the top. Also building issues (Penthouse water damage) that building is a ticking time bomb! Based on 2K a month, you could "rent" a very nice large pool villa for 25.9 years! Not sure I will live that long, but you know what the smarter move would be!

In Oz, I get checked once every 6 months after an initial checkup tor skin abnormalities. Where you are, the sun is much harsher, I'd get checked at least once every 4 months. Remember your sunscreen mate.
