I think the footage aligns perfectly with Jeff said. Mike says "sup" and Jeff chuckles (as Jeff said and footage shows), Mike says "things are about to get funny" and Jeff responds "what you mean by that" (as Jeff said and footage shows), then Mike attacks Jeff physically. Everything is as Jeff wrote in his post

Nick what kind of reporting is this, you can literally see Mike purposely walking up to and close to Jeff to say something. That gym isn't even crowded and Mike literally walks directly infront of him. If it were anyone else, and he saw someone recording, assuming he has normal brain cells then he would have not walked as close or better yet walked behind the camera man.

That said, CCTV for security is entirely different from a guy pointing his camera at you to monetize you and make you look poorly online. It is a matter of not wanting to forcibly be used as a subject of someone else’s business. Like you said, they both earn a living online and Jeff would be the only one filming and can edit it to make Mike look stupid, incompetent and untrustworthy. Again, I’m not justifying the assault and it was a bad move by all accounts. He likely got mad because Jeff is almost certainly walking up to him with the intent to hurt his business. I’d be pissed too, although there are other ways to handle this that would not only make you look like the better person, you also wouldn’t be assaulting someone.
