The IFBB is a fed ran by exclusively muscle size/conditioning fetishists of all kind. Classic had two weight cap increases, 202 turned into 212, men's physique went from 6ft 175lbs fitness models such as Jeff Seid/Steve Cook to classic physiques with smaller legs. The OG classic guys didn't even hit their lower weight caps because it wasn't a target goal yet. Fit model competitors are going to hear from judges than they need to become fuller and harder like all other divisions as time goes on.

I love Bonac and have met him in person, and he is a great guy. But with Bonac's right lat issue, he will never place in the top 5 of the Olympia again until/or if he can get it fixed. It's a significant difference from the back. And with that said, I don't think he'll be in the top 3. He'll more than likely make the top 5. This is just my opinion.

We need to remember that classic is..classic. Maybe Wesley's legs could use a little more size, but I don't see them as a glaring weakness if I'm judging according to what classic physique is supposed to look like. Just like men's physique, we're seeing judging forgetting that it's not supposed to be a bodybuilder in shorts, it's supposed to be men's physique. There's something broken in the system if a classic bodybuilder can just put on a pair of shorts backstage and win the men's physique division as well.

I think that Arnold scores his competition differently to the Olympia, the Olympia scores the divisions with the same standards as the open, just with weight classes. The Arnold I believe aims to show a clear difference between the open and the other divisions. Shapes, structure, muscle maturity and definition. All met with different levels of importance between the divisions, not just weight.
