I'm pretty sure some of the hulu stuff has less censorship, but I'm not sure about the name stuff. I remember switching between hulu and netflix at some point for a few episodes in part 2 and part 3 and there were huge blurry spots on the netflix version since they wanted to poorly censor a mildly bloody wound. At that point I decided to watch basically the rest of the parts on hulu. I remember that some of the part 5 names are censored still but I'm pretty sure that they keep most of the names in contact until then (its been a year since I've watched it all, though, so take my memories with a grain of salt)

Since you asked, one of the best best fan animations out there is "Jojo's but really fast" they are a great funny recap of the seasons. I reccomend starting them after you reach part 3 though as the first one has a pretty big spoiler for the first episode of part three, (which I believe you have reached). The animations point out a lot of details you may have missed and funny plot points. Keep in mind though it is in fact very fast. The narrator doesnt stop talking from start to finish.
