Hello, we have a dog grooming buisness and it used to be on top of the search. But now we have other buisness on top of ours to the lint we have become 5th. Are there any steps I can take to put out on top again. It’s my moms buisness and I am trying to help her out

Hi there, Have there been any changes to the profile since the ranking dropped? For example, did you change the primary category or remove any secondary categories? Did you get some poor reviews? I'd consider what could have changed to help prioritize your work. If nothing major changed, I'd do these things: - Review your primary category to ensure it's accurate and represents how customers search for your business. This is the most important ranking factor. - Review secondary categories and add any that may be relevant. Don't add them just to add them. - Consider adding services if they are relevant for your business (for example, dog haircuts, dog shampoos, etc, etc) support.google.com/business/answer/9455399?hl=en - Respond to all reviews (especially the negative ones) in a kind and professional manner if you have not already done so. Your new customers will read them. - Try to get more new 5* reviews from happy customers if you can. Respond to them as well. - Add more pictures if you can.
