Pixel 3 XL definitely looks wider. I must also be a minority but I dont mind the notch on the 3 XL and prefer it to the top bezel on the 4 XL.

The notch is dope. Only KZbinrs who need ratings want to pick on the notch. Had nothing but compliments for the XL. I got it in white with a clear case so it really brings out the beauty of the glass back.

I mean.. No wide angle selfie camera, worse battery, no finger print sensor, no unlimited full quality google photos upload and no front firing stereo speakers. The pixel 3 will also get a lot of the camera stuff in software updates, so I think google made a mistake here, removing so many features.

I love my 3XL. I feel like Google downgraded with the 4. Except for the 90 Hertz display, the lack of wide angle selfie camera, and fingerprint sensor. Not a fan of face unlock.. should have options for both fingerprint and face unlock. I actually don't mind the notch on the 3XL. Screen is full and vibrant and the front facing speakers are boss. I'll wait for the 4a XL. That might be the true flagship at a budget price.

I'm so happy, I've just ordered a refurbished Pixel 2 XL. It doesn't even have IP rating anymore. That's all I can afford after I got some money from my family. Wish me luck.

the Pixel 3a is $399 and the Pixel 3 is $499 although I like the Pixel 4 if your coming from an older Pixel 1 or 2 might as well grab the 3 or 3a and save your money for the Pixel 5 next year.

Dude don't upgrade! 2xl still will get one more year update. Pixel 4 has a bad battery life and 3xl notch is really ugly

Henry of course you will have to go with the latest and the greatest.....that's one golden rule in consumer electronics .....always choose the newer one if price is the same.....that's a no brainer .....considering you are getting a newer up to date professor .....one extra year of OS update .....a better camera of course ......Snapdragon 855 is based on 7nm which is a major upgrade from 10nm that's used in both 835 and 845 ......going from pixel 2 to 3 isn't much of an upgrade because both share the same 10nm platform.....why would you get a previous gen phone when you can get an up to date phone for the same price ?? You aren't an idiot right

Pixel 3 xl looks for premium for the price and looks. Wider screen is better pixel 3xl all day good for reading online :)

I have the original pixel XL and am so reluctant to upgrade because I love this phone so much. If it wasn't for all the constant 'limited storage' alerts I get, I'd keep it but I'm kind of tired of deleting apps just to keep the phone running 😩. Thank you for this review!! It is super helpful!

I have the first og pixel XL the 2 XL and the 3 XL. I'm skipping the 4. Still use my og xl from time to time. Screen is fantastic. Better than the pixel 2 XL.

I just bought the 4xl for 429 (Australian) over the 3xl for 250… was really torn but ultimately decided it was less risky as the the 3 won’t be getting anymore updates I was told. 🤷‍♀️ hope I made the right call.

I love how wide the 3xl is and I really don't mind the notch. It leaved room for the time and notifications so they don't intrude on the actually rectangle view of the phone. I think the battery on the 3xl might be better than the 4xl as well. I have the 4xl now and I love everything about it except the battery. If anyone knows if the 3xl has better battery consumption than the 4xl than please let me know. I might end up Downgrading, Better speakers on 3xl too.

why does the 4 xl have better battery life compared to the 3xl? With similar screen on time the 4xl is at 47%, whereas the 3xl is at 63% as shown in the video.

Please stop using such wallpapers. First of all, the artist who created them might file for copyright infringement and get your videos removed from KZbin. Second, it is hard to see what you have on home display due to low contrast of these images. Also not everyone likes anime so people will stop watching your video as soon as they will see these images.
