Disclaimer: I total forgot to say this in the video but you can shoot the video with ultra wide on 30fps. So sorry 😔
In this video, I wanted to do a generic camera and battery test for real day in the life with this google pixel 5. With this Pixel 5, I had any problem with the battery life. I had over half of battery life for full day use which is crazy !!
The camera performance got better as well. The ultra wide angle lens is really fun to use but it's kind of bummer that you can't shoot video 😭
I am super exited to make a full review once I used enough of this Pixel 5. I hope you guys enjoyed this video and stay patient for my full Pixel 5 review !!!!

@@tajangnenker9335 Doesn't sound impossible at all. Depends on how you are connected, no? If a phone is connected through 4G it drains more, if through wirelss it likely drains little. Not sure what was the case in Guiliano's case.

@@tajangnenker9335 its not lying at all , i know pixels 5 battery life is a little lower then my redmi note 9 pro cause my phone has a 5000mah battery , and i can get over 16 hours of sot and almost 15 and i charge it every once in 2 days. snapdragon 700 series sips power.

The Pixel 5 has me questioning big specs, this phone is definitely more than the sum of its parts. Proves that the package as a whole matters more than any individual spec you find on paper!

Battery was a huge issue with Pixel 4 users, so I see why they put that new battery in the 5. However, when apps start coming out, and they're poorly written, you'll really see how well the battery holds up over time.

@@crunchym2297 I've had the Pixel 5 since the 14th and the battery is really good on it. Forced the 90hz and everything and the battery is honestly great. It obviously depends on what you do, so if I'm just scrolling through Instagram and sometimes watching KZbin or whatever, I get until about 2am. If I'm playing intense games it's a bit shorter than that. The battery is honestly really good

One question: Did you keep the phone connected to the internet all the time? And how? Wireless, 3G, 4G...? Either way, good real life review of the battery! One thing that I'd like to know more of, is how it holds up to internet browsing. That is what I most often use my phone for, not watching videos, camera or music. The GSMARENA review for example seems to report most battery drainage in that area (which partially is cos it uses 90hz during browsing, but 60hz when playing a video for example).

I don't understand why Google makes phones so expensive. The pixel5 is very expensive, more than € 600. Google should sell the cheapest mobiles since they obtain from us all the information that we give them without charging anything. the Pixel 4a is missing a wide angle lens

Everyone is making a big deal about the speaker. You mentioned using it quite a bit. For $700 and having the speaker under the screen makes it sweet on looks. I'm nervous that they are blowing it out of proportion, just because it isn't as great as a phone with stereo speakers out of the screen. I would rather have that clean look, if I don't hate the speaker. Do you think it is worth the sound, listening to it often, and keeping that clean screen look? Or was it horrible to listen to? People have to realize sacrifices, for looks and price.

My question, why did Google go with the under display 🔊. The 4a & 4a 5g sound much better? Plus the 4a 5g has the larger 6.2 display? Sounds & looks alittle half assed to me, why? 7oo.oo bucks USD is too much for the mid-range processer? Should have 550.00 max!

They did go for the under display speaker on the Pixel 5 because they could make the bezel even smaller / symmetrical (Nice to see here support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/7157629?hl=en). The US- version is also more expensive than in other countries, probably because of 5G mmWave...
