I have no problem with battery life , and charging speed I plug my in at night and charge it while I am sleeping , my finger print sensor is working fine, I don't notice any background flare in my picture . As being a large phone it's easier to handle than a Samsung S 21 ultra and iphone 13 pro max . The pixel 6 pro is really a good phone . Plus it's about $ $300 less than it s competition.

I have been using the Pixel 6 Pro as my daily work driver for almost 3 weeks now; and I have to say that this is my most favorite experience using android. In this response i do not want to talk about any of the software experiences I like, only because the moment I do ..... well you know the rest of that story. What I would like to touch on, is the one handed - two handed gymnastics that was mentioned in the review video. Myself, I do not have large or even small hands, but what I did find is in the gestures section of settings. In gesture settings you can turn on one handed mode. One handed mode is activated like on ios, but better. In ios when you are trying to activate readability in an app and there are menu settings at the bottom of that app, you will often-times activate the such settings in the app as well as reach-ability. When using one handed mode in Android, or on the Pixel device, I have had zero such issues, and this feature for me has turned the pixel Pro 6 into a one handed from a two handed device.

I don't understand how it's possible that people even today want to have a super fast battery charge and according to the experts that the more fast charge they get, more loss of usability and performance will have and its life will be shortened faster than one imagines. I would not worry about the fast charge, rather the duration of it and the performance that it will give me in my day to day with the same phone. IMHO!🤷🏻‍♂️

Originally did my right thumb. It was hit and miss. So did my left thumb, with much better results. My problem is with the apps being installed on my phone that I will never use. I would like to be the one to decide what apps I want and don't want. So I have all these apps that are accumulated in my updates that I will not allow. Volume could also use improving. Besides that, I do love my pixel 6 pro ...

For me, the battery life has been noticeably worse than the Pixel 5. That's especially true when using the camera a lot, which is the main reason I bought the phone. I find myself using battery saver a lot more often, though that substantially increases it's run time. As for the under display fingerprint reader, I've generally found it more reliable than that of the Pixel 5 but a bit slower - note that I haven't received the update that supposedly addresses this.

I vowed never to buy another google phone since all of mine failed in some way or form. I've had them all, from htc, nexus, and pixel 3 being the last. When 6 was announced i decided to try again. I'm a heavy phone user and battery life has been great. I charge wirelessly at night, and could even skip a day at times. Fingerprint scanner was crappy at first but as google mentioned pressing firmly fixes that. With that said it's a day and night difference when you do press firmly. Lens flare isn't an issue either. Not crazy about the edged screen and how slippery it is though. I have to say so far I'm super impressed. Off topic I think pixel, especially pixel 6 "pro" owners should get a lot more perks for owning one of THEIR products. Like unlimited photo storage like they did before. More google drive storage, and or free google one for instance. Still definitely back on #teampixel 👍🏼

i use autobrightness, 5g on all the time with tmobile, Bluetooth and location on, combination of google maps, gaming, youtube, and music listening and i get all day battery when fully charged, usually end a day with about 15% left or less Edit: after the January update my phone battery is garbage. I have to charge twice a day

"The phone is big" negative point! That makes no sense whatsoever as a negative point. All the modern flagships are huge nowadays. If you don't like it being huge get the Google Pixel 6 which is almost identical minus one camera. Complaining about the size of a flagship is like complaining about Mercedes S Class or BMW 5 being big! It's a given. What i would complain about in Zach's place is the glossy black which is a fingerprint magnet.

I just picked one up increasing the touch sensitivity helped alot. Just wish they would have added a face unlock at the price point. Battery life has been positive thus far. Added I also have the battery saver on at all times.

I'm actually personally really glad this feature persisted as I missed it in the 4 5g and loved it on my 3A XL. What makes it super useful is that I have a lot of Google devices and I don't want to trigger while I'm in my home but want results from my assistant only on my phone. All you got to do is give it a little hand hug.

That charging speed is pathetic. My OnePlus 8t charges to 100 in 40 mins. Vivo, Oppo and OnePlus phones do a much better job of charging. I like Google. I had the pixel 1. That was dope! Did that charge faster?

Great video. So I have a Fold 3, and had a Xiaomi 11 which was a good phone for me but then it broke and my insurance replaced it with a Xiaomi 12X which has a 6.28 inch screen which felt small to me after my former phone being 6.7 inches. So I am in the process of selling it and was thinking of picking up a Google Pixel 6 Pro to be my back-up phone bc of the camera(120hz refresh rate screen, IP68 Water resistant etc) if anyone can share their experience owning the phone it would be greatly appreciated. 📱📱❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have the 6 pro for 1 week now and I'm really impressed by it, the fingerprint is ok, not great but good enough that it doesn't annoy me. No other issues to report, the only complaint I have is the extremely slow charging time, my battery life is good but keep in mind i deactivated 5g connectivity since such high speeds are pointless for me and it only drains the phone faster

My battery life got better after 8 days and by day 15 it last 1.5 days. All day GPS and extreme Spotify quality all day I'm at 28% by 10pm. I don't like the metal and glass. That's such a waste. It's just for perceived perception. Your going to put a case on it anyways. Give me plastic! I could give two shuts about the finger scanner. I swipe up and use the pin. Never charge your phone to 100%. My pixel 2xl battery stayed in top condition with me charging it at 22% and never going over 95%. Never once did I replace the battery or experience a degrading battery in 4 years. Keep it out of heat too. The camera takes time to get used to since you have so many options. I use a real camera for important pictures. I end up deleting all my phone pictures.

I think it's a great phone but the lack of a charger is piss poor, especially as the one I already had wasn't compatible so had to stump up £25.00 for one from Google, the same applied for ear phones, even with a C-type connection the Pro wasn't having it so I had to pay another £12.00 for a Google adaptor, which was a real bummer too.

You can actually use a Chromebook charger as a fast charger. Full charge for my pixel 3 in about 40 mins. I'm upgrading to 6 pro today though and I'll keep using my chrome book charger

From day 1 my phone is extremely hot uncomfortably hot to touch and hold when using it and it is so slippery if you put it down on any surface it will slide and eventually fall off

Based on this review I would definitely buy this phone. Luckily I googled a lot and found out too many bad things about this product that AP failed to address. Too many. I wonder why AP care more about Google feelings than subscribers? I mean, it wouldn't kill AP to at least mention that AP never had any problems with flickering, green tint, weak connection, poor construction, ghost calling, brightness issue, Android Auto issues, Pixel 6's cheap amoled heavy pulsating even at high brightness etc.

James Keleman I returned my p6 pro as the battery was worse than my s20+, between 3-5h of sot and 10-12h in total. This was only on mobile data as I'm mostly away from home. Battery draining over night was worse than my S20 again, then the cameras as good as they are on photos, videos are noisy and unusable to me. It overheating too fast only from opening apps and multitasking and then filming around 5m of 4k camera stopped, never happened this on my Samsung. The last thing that bothered me was the cheap feeling screen when tapping on it, sounded hollow like it was plastic and no glass screen protector from Dome was again a problem. Maybe their second generation of tensor will be better but for now my s20+ works just fine with better battery life and no overheating.

PS as for the size of the Google pixel 6 Pro, I guess I'm lucky because I have large hands and find it easy to use with one hand and I can see if you have smaller hands it would be a problem. But then there are so many phones on the market that you can choose that would suit you. So why people moan about the Google 6 Pro being too large? Just go for the slightly smaller one. If you have smaller hands that may sound a bit arrogant. But at the end of the day you choose the phone that suits you and this size suits me and I can only say for myself that I have no problem with this size phone and it's nice to not have to squint at my screen like my best mate does with his little apple phone he has?

Curved edge screen is horrible : 1 hand keyboard the P and the 0 letters work randomly because the letters are on the edge. It s too big for your tight jeans... Double profile use is not quick because the fingerprint is most of the time not working (I have 2 fingerprints on the second profile and 5 on the main one)

Good morning, I think these touch sensitive devices change from device to device. I had to turn off my touch sensitive increase because it was too sensitive and my fingerprint sensor is really good. Even with dirty hands when I am ground working or other mechanical work seems to work nearly every time. Very rarely missing a fingerprint touch so I think Google needs to examine quality control as so many of these devices are slightly different to each other. But I would like to know your opinion on my findings after having my phone for 4 months as I have had nothing but Samsung phones for years. I still find the software on Google, pixel 6 Pro. A bit of a pain although it is partly Samsung and partly Google that Google software in this phone can sometimes be annoying and sometimes I wish I had got the galaxy s22 ultra? But I've made my bed now and I have to lie on it because I can't afford another phone just yet?

Great phone but Not much difference to my 4xl and the finger print reader just doesn't work at all with a tempered glass screen protector which is highly annoying. Hopefully December's system update addresses that issue.
