god I miss the days when Samsung's 5.3" galaxy note was considered unreasonably huge, and the iphone 4/4s were considered an acceptable standard size. now every phonr has to be as big as a fucking tablet and require pockets deeper than elon musk to carry.

We want a legit smaller Pixel! Why can't they bring back the Pixel 3 size?? Thin and small. My workmates are amazed at how small my phone is compared to theirs. Nowadays, people are carrying chopping board sized phones more than a handy phone. 😵‍💫

Asus Zenfone 10. Before that we had the iphone 13 and 12 mini and Pixel 5, before that Samsung S10e. There is always amazing small phones, but y'all don't buy them then complain when companies stop making them.😊

This is a MASSIVE phone!! Normal sized would be Zenfone 9, Galaxy S23, iPhone 14 which are all assist identical in size. Small would be like the iPhone mini. I would like to just see a normal sized pixel device, these are massive phones which I do not want to be carrying around.

Battery size means absolutely nothing. iPhones have small batteries but apple has tweaked software to get amazing battery life. Google is doing the same. Android 14 is a big step in that department.

People forget that its not just os updates, Android 5 rn runs most major apps on latest Play Store update. Basically it is 7 years OS + 9 years of app support going till 2039 possibly. Isn't that crazy?

I've loved the Pixel 8. It's been flawless. Not a single issue. Battery life has improved and get at least 6 hrs sot. Great camera and overall a great experience.

I used to be a crazy fan of google phones, they were WAY ahead of their time with the in screen navigation bar which came to other phone way later. It’s so disappointing to see how they have downgraded. Pixel should have been apple’s biggest competitor

It's the fault of the ribbon cable for the display. Apple patented the method of bending the display backwards, and then connecting the cable to that end. That's why they're basically the only manufacturer that has bezels that are both thin and symmetrical.

Pixel 8 is not compatible with 801.11 bgn 2.4g wifi, only with 801.11 ax 2.4g wifi... I am only getting 2mbps download speed with b/g/n enabled!!!! Sadly, my smarthome devices can't connect to ax only wifi!!! So basically I am screwed...

iPhone 13 Mini is small. S23 is still small. Zenfone 10 is small. Pixel 8 is not small at all. Also, with the Tensor SoC, it will still have low performance. Tensor = Exynos rebranded.

A new fingerprint sensor and/or 120Hz display. That's all I want. I've had enough of this slow and eye-blinding fingerprint sensor. I often need to try 2-3 times to unlock my phone. Tensor 2 is already behind its competitors, 90hz display makes the phone even slower. Not a professional reviewer, but this is how i feel when using pixel 7.
