Google Pixel September Update IS HERE! Goodbye Android 14!

In the Android 15 AOSP release page which happened today, they stated Android 15 will be released to devices in a few weeks which should mean we'll get it by end of September or possibly as late as first week of October. Doesn't really matter since Android 15 isn't a big departure at all from Android 14. We are now in year 4 after the Android 12 redesign, now the hope remains that Android 16 will have more tangible changes, user facing changes.

Knowing my luck, yeah. To be honest I think I just got a lucky device. I've never had an issue with the finger print sensor, it works all the time. Never over heated and the battery has been great.

Hey, you cover pixel phones more than most. You should talk about Google's issue with shipping delays on pixel 9 pro pre orders. Some aren't getting their phones till late October. I ordered mine on August 13th and it still hasn't even been prepared to ship. September 10th-17th projected delivery. If they had such a low stock then they shouldn't have had the big event announcing the new phones last month. Bad business on their part

@@pattiandersonII networks test the updates before they release them to their customers and sometimes they go through more testing. Since it’s just a small security patch it likely didn’t need much testing since it shouldn’t impact the network.

Why are all these big youtubers completely ignoring the fact this latest update has bricked almost all Pixel 6 series phones, my screen just went black and refuses to work again after this update which has somehow fried the logic board in the phone. The phone itself is still on, just the screen is black, no holding of any power buttons and volume buttons turns it off or resets it successfully. Absolutely nothing I can do as not in warranty. This is clearly because tech stocks are tanking and google needs to boost the numbers so sent a shitty update to fry everyones phones and force us to get new ones.

I preordered my Pixel 8 Pro late last year, so far I am happy with it and I haven't had any of the complaints some people seem to have in the comments sections of these tech videos. I am glad I did not wait for the 9 series, I am not sold on the squared, iPhone-like, edges and I don't think there have been any major improvements compared to the 8 series. I am excited for Android 15 to finally become available. Will there be any vlogs from this trip? I don't know everyone else but I like to vicariously experience these types of trips and events every time tech channels make vlogs of them.

Rounded corners to make it more comfortable to hold and flat sides to help protect the screen in case its dropped. Some might consider the new modem and ultrasonic fingerprint sensor on the whole Pixel 9 lineup and the addition of a vapor chamber on the Pixel 9 Pro models to be major improvements.
