Even though I know my way around smartwatches a video like this is still very helpful. I am getting my Pixel watch tomorrow and watching this beforehand will make the set up easier. The bookmarks are great too. I can skip over things I don't need or easily rewatch something I would like to see again. Keep doing what you're doing! Would like to see you do a heartrate and step count video with this watch too:)

Great video. Do you have the setup process for LTE? I want to know if a watch is compatible in country where Pixel is not launched but other watches (Samsung Watch or Apple) are

So on my fossil smart watch i used the app "android wear" for installation. Everytime my Smartphone was messed up and i need to make new installation or got a new phone I had to do the WHOLE SETUP on the Fossil Watch again. Is this STILL the case? Or is the google pixel watch able to save all your setup in the cloud for recovery later (like you can do it with your android smartphone just with your google account and it gets all the apps and information) ??? Or still i have to do it all again?

Can you make and receive calls on the Pixel watch? And can you store your own mp3 music files on it?

Make and receive phone calls is a stated feature (I haven’t tried it yet because my regular phone is an iPhone). Storing personal mp3 files isn’t mentioned anywhere, so I’m guessing you are limited to whatever you can download from compatible music apps (Spotify, KZbin music, etc)

Yes and yes. Second, one's a little harder. Also, Google Fi doesn't charge you for an extra line for the LTE version. The Pixel watch version that makes calls. $50 cheaper for the regular no-brainer LTE !

Some of the process was probably taking a while plus the disconnects and so on due to you using an old phone. If that were a Pixel 7 pro probably would've gone much quicker
