This is a helpful video Jeff! I totally agree that most PMs focus too much on ideation in their answers to these kinds of hypothetical questions (it’s the fun part!) as opposed to execution (less fun). I do also appreciate you checking in, too many candidates go down a line of thinking without checking in. Great content as always!

Hey Jeff! I’ve just started my interview process for an entry level role at GCS. Specifically customer growth. (Recruiter call soon). Wondering if you have any tips or videos for entry level interviews at google/what to expect there. I’ve gathered plenty of questions to expect and to ask from your other videos so thanks for all you do!! Hoping to form a great relationship early on with my recruiter.

@willwolfe9738, entry level jobs typically have more behavioral than hypothetical, but be prepared for both. Definitely do your research on GCP, and keep preparing and practicing as much as you can, good luck!

@@jeffhsipepi thanks for the response. Your video on “explain GCP/cloud to your grandma” definitely helped me come up with good ways to tackle those questions. Sounds like I need to prepare mostly for RRK, behavioral, and googlyness? Could you provide any examples or videos I could watch that talk more about behavioral questions? I’m assuming lots of “tell me about a time when…”? Thanks for your help and fingers crossed!
