Did everything as seen but my issue is them telling me my video can't be uploaded. I have tried over 15 times and still nothing. Video is either just under 2 minutes or a little over 2 minutes. Went through all of this yesterday as well.

Hey Joe -- Curious your thoughts on business license vs. other business docs (invoices, lease, local municipality permits, etc.) Which do you know will work and which are best for verification approval?

Any government verifiable documents - LLC paperwork, secretary of state, business license. Also utilities can work in some cases.

Hey Joe, What if the address associated with your business is a mailbox and the address you’re trying to get verified is your home address? I currently don’t have an office and don’t want to use my home address on all of my business docs, website, etc.

If you want to rank on Google you can't use a box. Use your home address and then you can hide from the public.

You would have to do the video in your location yourself. You can't hire that part out if I understand your question.

Joe so to clarify if I’ve already verified my business in the past (I believe they mailed an envelope with a code) then I’m ok or is this a new requirement/update everyone must do?

If you get suspended or make a change to your Google Business Profile you may be required to reverify with a video. If its all good then don't touch a thing.

I did my video verification for my small business last year and it went ok. However, I have been doing 90% of my work in an area 60 miles away, in an area with a lot more customers and would like to show up on the map in this second area. I even hired a few people in this second area. How do I get this "satellite" location listed on the google map?

Does it matter whos name is on the account for the phone number you plan to use for your business profile? I can get a cheap line with a new phone on a family plan but the plan is not in my name.

As long as it is a legit phone number it shouldn't matter who's name is on the phone number account. I hope I understood your question.
