DUDE. Never thought I'd see anyone talk about this game ever again! You hit every nail on the head, great discussion. Thanks for the nostalgic blast from the past brother :)

I was born in the 2000s and I remember reading a lot of Goosebumps and seeing a playthrough of this game on KZbin. Nostalgic to me even though I never played the game

OMG you just made me feel so old seeing Luke now, why couldn’t he stay a kid in my mind forever 🤭😆😆 as a kid I was pretty thick, I got the bad ending where the parents turn into horrors first (letting them fall into the pond) then later I was able to save the parents with the crank and played around with the “Simon” game until time runs out because I couldn’t figure it out lol. Doing this ends with the same “good” ending with the neighbour Mandy as if you beat the game though, so 🤷🏼♀️

The way you mentioned VR as a site for the next Goosebumps game, A VRChat map might work if you can incorporate actual rides and attractions into it.

Wait this is really weird I remember having weird dreams about being chased through tunnels and knew I vaguely remembered your voice somewhere even tho I never saw your channel at that point and it was in about some time last year that I had these dreams. I feel like I get deja vu (or whatever it’s called) a lot but it worries me that it might just be some mental illness or memory defect but seeing this video for the first time for me is really weird cause I feel like I’ve watched it before. As soon as saw the thing with the mummy in the tunnel it reminded me of something and the weird thing is it made me instantly check the comments and it was exactly the same as what I feel like I saw almost just over a year ago. No ones probably gonna pay attention to this tho cause it’s too long but oh well

When you said this game was from "more than 20 years ago" I really had to stop and think for a second...because HOLY SH*T I guess you'd be right. But I disagree this is the MOST NECESSARY review of all time actually. The nostalgia for my 90's childhood is SCREAMING right now.

@@leelustig I get that but the way you discussed it sounded to me like you were suggesting that predatory microtransactions in games that already cost $60 (at the minimum) is behaviour that we should stand by. The game not selling as well as the original should he considered a good thing even by you because I doubt they'd be as willing to change the game and add more content if they didn't need to increase sales Personally though multiplayer shooters aren't my thing
