Hey Krane! Yes you can shoot vertically oriented video! I’d recommend shooting in 16:9 - so when it’s vertical, it is optimized for mobile (9:16). As for Lightroom there isn’t a specific camera profile available

Hey steven, for the Photo series - those 1st couple of shots were shot on the SuperPhoto mode - no color correction done. & towards the end there was a shot that i shot in RAW, & i did grad that photo.

Not sure if I agree with you about poor photo quality.. I think 20MP photos are superb. that said, you be the judge. & the indoor shots in this video was shoot indoor with HERO9 - watch till the end

@@AdventuresofRon well yeah I just watched a few more videos.. No doubt the photos are good.. But the low light video was a bit disappointing when compared to gopro hero 8... There was less visibility in gopro hero 9 in low light with minor color differences compared to gph8

I don’t usually shoot raw. I shoot in GoPro color. The clips in this video was color graded with the GoPro app.

Hi, With schedule capture, can you set it to capture a photo every 10 minutes? so maybe I set it to start at 7a.m and for every 10 minutes it takes a photo until 7p.m...is that possible?

Hey Moses, in the HERO9 you’re able to set scheduled capture 24 hours in advance. But it cannot be set at an interval at every 10min (extended Timelapse). That said, you should check out GoPro labs - GoPro has announced a special firmware for HERO8 - & you can do extended timelapse at every 10min. Hope that helps!

What you using for your memory card if shooting 5K? Is 256gb enough? To save decent clips?

i wouldnt recommend a 256GB SD Card - as it's too much 'risk' to have al your eggs in one basket. Instead I'd recommend for you to opt for several smaller SD cards. E.g 4x 64GB. it usually makes it alot easier to manage storage. The SD cards I've been using is the Sandisk Extreme Micro SD Card.

@@CamyGee I feel you on that point. haha! but i wouldnt recommend using too large a SD card. 1 of my SD card failed on me once before on a trip & it was such a painful experience. Since then i've used multiple smaller SD card

@@CamyGee 4k definitely takes up more space than 1080. i'm an advocate to shoot at a higher resolution if you have the means to work with it (e.g power devices to process it). Another tip for starters, will be to keep your clips short & concise. always shoot with intent. that way - you dont end up with tons of loooong clips - which sometimes make it really cumbersome to edit.

@@AdventuresofRon i just found it....... (While on video mode, tap on the Settings button and scroll to the bottom (of the Preset list). Tap on the plus sign, then drag the sidebar menu to the middle to select MODE: Looping. exit out of the page to choose your preferred settings. )

@@stephengperez Hey dude, yeah so the removable lens was there from HERO 5,6,7. However HERO8 it was a built-in lens (non-removable) as it allowed for a similar profile! However, hearing feedback from the market - GoPro brought back the removable lens in the HERO9 & also introduced new mods to expand its versatility!
