GoPro Hero11 review: good for cycling? 1st ride, new camera, testing settings in early light

My first ride with the GoPro Hero11 Black, after unboxing and updating... onto the bike and our into the moonlight which soon turned to sunlight.
I took in some familiar sights and experimented with some new settings to see if I could gauge the difference to the Hero10 (and Hero9 before that).
This is largely me adjusting to the new camera and working out what settings improve the image quality, so no post-production adjustments have been made to the colour.
(For the slo-mo, I had it set to Natural rather than Vibrant, and you can see the difference.)
There'll be more about this camera mentioned during videos, but the first ride allows me to at least share my initial observations (and images).

Rob, what an informative video. I just received my GoPro Hero11 today and am excited to get started. I like how you swivel the camera around for various views and see from your replies to other comments that you handhold the camera. The audio is free from wind noise. Do you use the built-in mic or the mod mic?

Lennie, thanks for the comment. I don't put the camera on my handlebars, so I can't help you there. There are times when I put it under the stem to capture footage as I ride - and then it's just fitted below the computer mount. - Rob

@@lennieverhaegen1320 at 8:02, you can see the mount at the front of the bike (which I use for a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt, but it's the same fastening as Garmin - only 90° difference, and it can be easily switched around). See where the light is fastened? That's where I put the GoPro if I ever mount it to the handlebars. But usually I just carry the camera. All the filming in this clip is when the camera is hand held.
