Chris Rogers caleb is a master drone pilot haha! it was pretty funny trying to get that shot. I thought the drone was going down so many times, but caleb saved it every time like a boss!

So sick as usual man! That night lapse @0:44 was awesome too. It's hard to get good results like that and find a location where no one will snag it.
@TimHumphreys9 жыл бұрын
***** yeahh, I always try to hide my camera in a cutty location! It usually involves a little hike, and some tape to cover up any kinds of light from my camera and battery pack. If you're looking for good night lapse settings for a scene with minimal lights where you want to capture the stars, check these out. Iso Limit 800, Shutter speed 30 sec, whitebalance 3000k. that shot was actually a blend of 2 time lapses to get the day to night transition.

Tim Humphreys Yah I tried it near my house, but there is just an insane amount of light pollution. Your style is so clean dude and I love it! I broke my pelvis and stretched a nerve 2 seasons ago and I am the biggest wimp now when it comes to any action sports. Makes me so jealous man!
@RaF43L9 жыл бұрын
So much style with the tweaked grabs! Would choose to watch this type of snowboarding over the usual efforts to add just one more cork and hunting for number of rotations any day! keep it up ps.: very impressive doing all those tricks with such a calm hand holding the gopro!

Hey Tim, Great video man!!! Can you tell me what brand and model your goggles are? I've been looking for that style. Peace!
@IIRaWTooNII9 жыл бұрын
Tim, would you consider doing more POV style shots? Don't get me wrong, you're a master at the selfie angel, but it's really interesting to see what you see when you're doing tricks :)
@TimHumphreys9 жыл бұрын
IIRaWTooNII I have a few pov shots out there! I actually had a line through the jibs at laax that I posted on my fb fan page (not the regular page) last week, but I ended up cutting it from the edit. I always run into the trouble where if I'm filming my board, then the shot is looking down too much, but if I'm filming where I'm going, then the board isn't in the shot! I do like doing pov a bit more because its way easier for me to do tricks. I have about 45 minutes of pov from boreal I was editing but my laptop can't handle the project file. maybe when I have more than a day home and I can edit it on my workstation. In the meantime, check out my Que windells sera edit! there's some of my better pov footage in it!

dude, sick tricks but how did you get the confidence to do those tricks because i have no problem doing an backflip on grass or on a airjump but 360 of a ramp is to much for me
@TimHumphreys9 жыл бұрын
+casper thanks! it's a whole different game when you have lots of forward momentum! It upps the ante that much more! The confidence doesn't come all at once. I started small on little jumps and kept working my way up as I got comfortable. There's no easy way around it. Just lots of practice, repetition, getting comfortable, and then pushing that comfort zone!

this is my 50th + time watching this. So awesome. Hey Tim, what goggles are you wearing? I'm looking for similar goggles and those look like the Oakley Prizm's. Thanks, peace.
@TimHumphreys8 жыл бұрын
+Doc “Doc43” FortyThree Heyy, they're Anon M2 Goggles. I really like the fit of them, and the magnetic lenses are really convenient. On the downside, they sometimes pop out when I hit my face on the snow. I also had a few lenses that were warped new out of the box. Other than that, they are amazing when I'm hiking a jib or something because I can pull the lens when I'm hiking and defog it really easily.
@DocFortyThree8 жыл бұрын
Tim Humphreys Thanks man. I appreciate the response and input. I'll have to give those a try.
@TimHumphreys8 жыл бұрын
+Doc “Doc43” FortyThree yeahhh!! I'd say that the m2's are some of my more favorites out of all the goggles I have tried. So convenient. I liked the Smith I/O goggles the most though. Smith and Oakley make the nicest lenses. I prefer larger frames.
