I love that Paul touched on the mental aspect of the game and how he got help. I remember having devastating injuries that completely changed me and I wish I saw a sports psychiatrist to help me get back to where I once was with hockey. Great Video.

In January I was in the hospital for two weeks, I had a blood infection in my hip, a blood clot, holes in my lungs , and hiked in my stomach so my stomach filled with blood, no thirteen year old should ever have to go through that, then two weeks after I got out my nan lost her battle with cancer, lacrosse helped me through that, I slept with my stick I went into surgery with my stick, when I was in Kurt he’s the only time I would stand is to okay wall ball, around my birthday I got my pic line that was in my arm pulled out so I could start to be more active, and then we went for the cremation of my nan I was so overwhelmed I had to take a break to I put in my headphones and went out and peppered the walls, lacrosse has saved my life and for that I am forever great full.
