Its a lack of money, its a lack of knowledge, and its a lack of values. Anyone born into a poor community could turn out that way. Sadly because of slavery and racism the black community have been operating on two broken legs so to speak. They have learned a lot of bad habits and have a lot of resentment to rich people especially rich white people. Its sad and they are there own worst enemy at this point even when people bend over backwards to help they still act like jackasses. But they are not all that way. I would know because Iam black.

@@licenseandregistrationplea5802 To my understanding, it's rather common. Despite your personal experience in the restaurant businesses, I think you're mistaken. The studies show that nearly 95% of businesses have employee theft and 75% of all employees commit theft from their workplace at least once. In addendum, it is often younger employees that steal, however, when older employees steal, they often steal wares of higher value, like with Vulture in this video. I think it's likely that theft went right under your nose in these said restaurants you worked in. Either they didn't trust you to confide in or they just kept it quiet. You can even see that at 2:57, a person admits to knowing of the regular theft, and of course, he didn't snitch to his employer about it, because this is workplace etiquette. I may be wrong, after all, I've only worked one hourly job before I ended up with a real profession, but I can say in that one job, theft was happening from all the employees.

It is awesome avoiding wastage is really great. The problem is that you actually need an honest staff, the problem with such system is how easily exploitable they are, if you know you get the leftover, well you can just create more leftover so you get even more food at the end of the day, by either cooking a few more dishes, or ordering a few more ingredient. That is why many companies especially on the bigger side will not allow employee to get leftovers, or get unsellable merchandise to avoid purposeful error from their staff that want more free things.

Their rational and logical thought toward circumstances coupled with their innate capability to de-escalate situations is to be envied and coveted. Their commitment to academic excellence enriches our schools and serves as an example to all who hope to achieve prominence as a people. “Buzzard” is a nickname for the thief, nicknames are given to people or earned in some way, almost never is it the parents applying a nickname like “buzzard”, given the context I’d say it either came from his coworkers or the people who see him doing this stuff on the regular. Secondly, a buzzard, or “buzzer” as you like to call them, is a type of carrion eating bird that scavenges for food, usually by stealing from rotting corpses with little meat left on them that the other animals have already worked over. Extremely apt nickname, in my opinion. I find it hilarious that you neither knew what a nickname was nor what a buzzard was (calling it a “buzzer”, like in a basketball game, as if that makes any sense 😂), but felt the need to point out how (incorrectly) stupid the parents were for “naming” him that, while showing how actually stupid you are in the process. It’s ironic as fuck and that’s fucking hilarious! It makes me wonder what being YOUR parents must be like... 🤔🤣 those poor, stupid bastards. I appreciate the laugh though, you’re what I love about KZbin comments.
