Front of house messed up relaunch night big time, I feel bad for legs because it was his opportunity to shine and the waitresses mistakes ruined it for him, but credit to Ricky for saving the day, I thought he was full of it at the beginning and probably blagged his way to that position, but the way he stepped up his game when legs folded proved he has skills and can play with the big boys, and with a little more training, humility, guidance and humbleness he can go a long way, but definitely needs to lose that egotistical attitude, he will shine without it.

It's television, all that drama with Lex was a narrative staged by the producers. The theft was real and it's a CRIME. Gordon doesn't tolerate that shit. Anyone that is stealing or doing drugs while the show is there is going to get fired, regardless of race. Watch the Mangia Mangia episode and look what happens when a white cook is committing crimes. Not to mention this episode was filmed 20 years ago, so even if it WAS racism, it would have no relevance today. Times have changed, nobody has it easier right now in the US than black people.
