The reason why he seems to never get sick is that the chance of actually getting sick because of cross contamination or anything is actually quite low. Still unacceptable, specially given that there are a lot of well known methods to minimize it, but overall quite low. Also, i think there is an episode where a customer needed an ambulance because of food poisoning
