This is probably one of my favorite "done in 10" videos only because he was having such a good time while making this tart. It was enjoyable to watch him happy and light on his feet versus rush rush rush. My favorite part of this video, was when he was watching the tart in the oven, opened the oven door, peeked in, and said "Boo" to the tart. That literally got an audible lol from me.

I wanna try out for master chef so bad. I just got up on him. I have schizoaffective disorder and one of the pros I got is the ability to see and do and I have a photographic memory I guess from the need to be super aware of everything going on and remembering what everything is doing to feel safe. Anyway I met a cool girl who put me on the show, and after a month of watching every episode twice I been on fire cooking and I wanna do it but I gotta learn all the little things but I truly love cooking now, I never knew how relaxing and fun it and food is. I literally love GR for changing my live with the world of food. You help my mental disability to the fullest sir.

The stalks (like celery) are tart and safe to eat; however, do not consume the leaves (which look like greens). In high enough quantities, they are poisonous and can even be fatal (kidney failure). Do not give either the stalks or leaves to pets.

Looks delicious. I'd love to make it. I do have a slight drawback. I have what's called Oral Allergy Syndrome. Blood Oranges raw bother me because they are a hybrid GMO between an apple and an orange and apples set it off. Yes I have eaten a blood orange and reacted to it. This is how I found out they're a GMO. I CAN do most of the recipe because the glaze is cooked, but the cream cheese isn't so my question is would it still turn out okay if I were to substitute the zest in the cream cheese with a regular orange or a Mandarin zest? [ on a side note I get asked a lot about this whenever I mention OAS and people often get it confused with regular food allergies which cause anaphylaxis so to clarify and for those who are curious and want to know what Oral Allergy Syndrome exactly is I'll define it here. Due to me being highly allergic to pollen I have developed OAS. Certain fruits and veggies will set it off. Let's take this for example. I am HIGHLY allergic to Birch trees. Say I am eating a sandwich outside and a whole lot of Birch pollen sprinkled on the bread. After I consume a few bites I start to itch in my throat and the far inner of my ears. This exact thing happens when I eat certain fruits and veggies which carry similar proteins to that of the pollens I'm allergic to. Carrots are a perfect example. Their proteins are very similar to Birch so I can't eat them raw because body thinks I ate pollen. Some people will get just sore in the mouth instead of itching or they will have it along with the itching. I can still eat carrots just not raw. So I steam them that way I can still get their nutrients. Why this is, is because when cooked the proteins get distorted to where my body no longer confuses it as pollen. So things like apple pie and vegetable soup I am able to safely eat without a reaction. ]
