Horrific, just horrific...
Season 3, Episode 6
Gordon travel to a `high end' husband and wife run Bistro in Lighthouse Point, Florida. Stubborn Scottish dictatorial chef and owner Andy has cooked for celebrated chefs in the past, but since opening Le Bistro has lost his passion for cooking and doesn't listen to anyone. With customers grading his food 3/10, and Andy not responding well to criticism, can Gordon get him to listen?

Not only her demeanor of never challenging him but also saying his food is the best but based off looking at her she knows he’s the problem but can’t say it. Although my current comment is not related to cooking, business owners we sometimes need ,a 2nd, 3rd,and sometimes a. 4th pair of eyes,we sometimes need fresh eyes, fresh ideas, sometimes need changes, over summer holidays,December, here in South Africa, something thrown away became a good hit, small pieces of firewood(kindling/starter/potjie cooking wood)we need to listen to customers or mom😊❤

He reminds me a lot of my old boss but my old boss runs a very successful japanese restaurant in town. But it can be quite annoying working with chefs who are also business owners. Great guy though, was like a father figure to me for a while.
