Man people don’t realize how easy it actually is to keep a kitchen clean when you care. So much of the equipment intentionally comes apart easily so you can send it through the dishwashing machines. And then you can power wash floors with industrial soap, use large industrial squeegee and then a wet vac. Go through the fridge bare minimum once a week and if everything is labeled it’s so easy. I worked in a CAMP kitchen and we kept it perfectly clean as college students. Not difficult. Takes training, but not difficult.

I worked at a fucking TACO BELL and we kept our kitchen perfectly clean, labeled and dated. We really didn't even spend that much time cleaning it, it just never added up because we cleaned regularly. It's crazy seeing these owners and career chefs fail at something a bunch of teenagers and a pothead manager could do

OMG, I have to add how amazed all of these owners are! Do they EVER go in the kitchen, take a look around?!?! I've worked in diners that were kept immaculate - and then they have the unmitigated balls to sass him back! Their attitudes simply boggle my mind! Don't they have health inspectors in these towns that come in and check? I don't get it - I really don't!

I've worked in kitchens for 5 years and can definitely say keeping it clean is not hard. In fact, it was always the best and most fun part of the job. Don't know how people can let a kitchen go to hell.

Saying "it comes in frozen then we thaw it out" to say that your burgers are not frozen is idiotic. People who are actually in the industry know that it means "never frozen." Unless it is some fish products, but the way you defrost it is the part that matters (in other words, very slowly) and you don't keep it in the freezer too long (or it will get freezer burns)

my review to your restaurant I have very low food requirements. I can spend £200 per person on a meal, or I can eat chips and gravy for £2. I go out to eat for the sake of finding something delicious. I never look at the price. I have a certain understanding of Japanese cuisine. Today I went to Lucky Cat Manchester. I have never eaten a Japanese meal that was so bad. I would not recommend it. Sushi and sashimi are not difficult to make as long as the ingredients are fresh. Can you confirm that the dish in the fourth and fifth photos is really tempura? I've been eating Japanese food for over 40 years, and I've never seen tempura like that before! The pork buns would be fine if they weren't fried. They completely ruined the four pieces of pork belly. They completely disrespected the four pieces of pork belly. The skin was so hard that it almost broke my tooth. Finally, the yuzu souffle for dessert was delicious. So the food rating is one star. If I haven't order the dessert, you wouldn't even have one star of the food Mr. Ramsay, You might as well go back to doing as your well known Western food, and don't waste your time on dishes you're not familiar with! I came here because of your name, but you've completely disappointed me. You've wasted my time and money. In the end, I went home and cooked my own instant noodles to fed me up.
