Jeff actually seemed very genuine. Yes he his restaurant had some problems(lesser than much of these other ones) but he seemed to actually care about his restaurant. He knew things were wrong and wanted to fix them and unlike most of the other people he accepted things needed to change and he wasn’t arrogant and wasn’t ignorant of his food.
