I'm a little late with this but I'm the proud owner of a (same color) red "63" Futura Sport Convertible. I still have some work to do on her but i named her "Ruby" because of the color and she's a gem. 6 cyl. automatic.

It's a Falcon Sprint. I have one, same color outside, red inside. A previous owner installed a 302, C4 trans, Mustang II suspension (with power front discs & steering.

Nice! So many Falcons on youtube claiming to be Sprints but many are just dolled up I6 cars!! Must only have 4 knobs right of steering wheel, not 5, dead giveaway for an I6 car with manual choke (5th knob). All 63.5 Sprints are V8s so automatic choke only! V8 conversions not the same, Ford used larger torque boxes for the V8 cars to stiffen/strengthen unibody!

​@@Racoldgin🙄 a REAL falcon SPRINT in 63 did have an OPTIONAL automatic but it was a FLOOR SHIFT. You OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT BUD. THIS ISN'T A SPRINT AND NOT EVEN A GOOD " REPLICA " 🤦
