Has great curb appeal. The patio offer additional living space (though I'd screen it or make it 3 season). Rooms flow nicely with no long hallways. Plenty of natural lighting. Only thing I change would the bedroom/bathroom doors. May let in natural lighting but offer no privacy.👍👍👏🥰💯

I love it too, but it looks difficult to close the bathroom door... My favorite part is the front porch. Watch the thunder storm outside on a warm summer day and catch that cool air!

I've always thought that it is very efficient to keep the plumbing consolidated.

I love the simplicity of this. The only thing is that the placement of the kitchen sink and cooktop, how they are misaligned with the windows, would be a constant bother to the perfectionist in me. I’d prefer double sink and a larger cooktop centered at each window.

@@MsLbriley yes you’re right, I still find the tiny house very nice and comfortable, I just would like to have at least a place at the entrance where you could hang your coats and place your footwear.

All tiny homes 399 square feet & smaller are like that. A lot of the videos you see online like on KZbin use trick photography to make them look more spacious than they really are. They use the same kind of camera lenses Red Bull uses for their stunts like the guy that ‘jumped from outer space’.
