@SnackersPrime I'm almost jealous to be honest haha I don't know if I will get any chance to see them live since I live in Russia. But I'm really happy for you, they deserved as much recognition as possible and I'm glad that you take a part. Keep it going \m/

Luc Lemay is easily one of the sweetest human beings I've ever met. "Obscura" is a masterpiece.

What was your interaction like? I really wanted to meet him when Gorguts were in Toronto!

@SnackersPrime very cool and casual. I'm from Rochester, NY, so I'm literally around the corner from you by about 3 1/2 hours if you're in Toronto. I saw them at a midsized club here back in 2016. My buddy and I talked to him at the merch table. He couldn't have been nicer even if he tried. I'm friends with a now long defunct band from here called Withered Earth who toured with Gorguts back in 2001. Luc immediately lit up when I told them that, then proceeded to ask how they were all doing. He even ended up giving them a shout-out during the set. If you ever get the chance, just go say hello. He's super friendly and approachable.

@TedDiabetes is Withered Earth the band with the album Of Which They Bleed? I'm starting to listen and that's some BRUTAL Stuff \m/ loving it so far!! That's so kind of him. I hope he and Gorguts come back to Toronto soon. I'm so very excited for whenever they finish the new album. If CS and PD is how the band sounds now.... One can only imagine the greatness that's to come.

@SnackersPrime that's them! That was their last album with their second drummer before they ultimately split up. So rad you know the album. Check out "Into The Deepest Wounds" from 2001. I promise you won't be disappointed.
