Gorilla One Manual Canning Seamer Review

As a homebrewer I’ve always loved the idea of canning my own homebrew. I began researching it recently and came across Gorilla Canning in Dorset in the UK, check out their links below. So they produce two canning machines - Gorilla One, which is an entry-level manual seamer, and Gorilla Two, which is a semi automatic version.

I contacted Pete at Gorilla and he kindly sent me on the Gorilla One for a KZbin review feature. In this video I take a look at the machines features and give a close up demo on how it works.

£660 for a manual can sealer? Right, okay, very pricy! It does look good, solid and well-built, but it doesn't justify the price. 🤔 How long to seal or how many cans per minute?

I guess speed is down to user. Using completely manually I’d say 6ish and then with a drill attached I can probably double that max speed. But almost certainly a bit less if you’re being being careful with filling etc
