Jean is really smart. She gets close to Gorr to physically hold his hammer. She even grabs him. Its a perfect way to fully utilize her powers, especially her telekinesis.

You can be both a victim and a villaing and Gorr is definitely both. Also Jean doesnt condone the killing of the gods she just believes Gorr thinking the universe would be better without them makes sense, and she is right. Thats something even Thor agrees with.

Jean is barely using any power to fight. This imo is showing her trying to show restraint and finding a solution to all the fear and hatred people have on the Phoenix. Sure she can mentally make everyone love the Phoenix but that doesn’t solve the problem bc then they lose their free will. I can’t wait to see what Jean/Phoenix becomes in this series Oh I feel like she’s gonna cure Gorr’s hate with some talkjustisu

It was alright. I don't like how the writers keep harping on her guilt. It's very tired and she had NO guilt during her Morrison run so I'd prefer that she move on but ehh. The cast is an interesting choice and I forsee a Jean- Gladiator team up in the future.
