Great video and commentary. And a good strong ride as well. It well illustrates how twisty Area 51 is and how hard it can be to ride over there on non-race days and try and follow a race course once the markers are removed post race. Relentles riding with not a much chance to get any relief. Nice one 👍

Great Video G. It looks sooo flat but its NOT. My legs can tell you that after my grand vets performance and only 3 laps. Good luck at the Southerns xc Round 1 at the basin. Looks like a huge turn out in most cats. I've got to miss R one but will back for round 2. Cheers 🍻

Great effort and footage. I'm keen to try XC but am a complete novice. Did go over Hadleigh Park Olympic Course (round the corner) in the summer but fell in to the only rose bush on the course. Looked like i'd been mauled by a tiger. Are you GoPro10ing it camera wise?

Get involved you will love it… hadleigh park is extremely tough but there are some other great races around you which are slightly easier courses 🙌 it’s a hero 8 GoPro 👌

Wow, great job hammering in Expert. That's real racing. Interesting course. Is that a common course? I'm used to seeing longer climbs, like 5-10 minute climbs, even longer for races at ski resorts in the summer. Looked like a real lung burner.

Yeah pretty common course, we hardly have any climbs around us… so a lot tends to be punchy and short or fire road drags. This one certainly gets the lungs fired up though 😅
