Everyone isn't at the same level. And there are those that want to be at a level of mastery. I agree people have to spend time with music to get better. And ears hearing isn't the same for everyone. Ii takes Discipline to grow your hearing to make it to that next level. Some readers can play whatever is wrote, but if you remove the score they cannot play a song. However the art of playing by air or hearing takes time and work to achieve the next level. So remember these things when you hear someone play that hasn't arrived to a level such as this.

The facilitator/presenter is a bit 'disconnected' with his line of questioning. Instead of allowing for free-flow during breaks, his line of engagement, puts a break on the flow of the musical presentation. It's a skill to present, moderate and facilitate.
