Allison Topez Anxiety can be more than one note you could say. One persons experience isn’t another. You yourself have notice her abuse on Jon and the kids and mention OCD. OCD is a form of anxiety. Your own answers speak this. Most people stop at this, but abuse is form of protection. I employ you to scratch more then surface output and to reflect on your own words. They abuse from anxiety. To have control over not just themselves but others. They see others as an extension of themselves, unable to draw the line. This is nurtured anxiety from childhood.

People are surprised he stayed with her as long as he did and weren’t surprised when they finally got divorced. Maddie the older twin girl acts just like Kate. because of the environment she is growing up in. She was also on DWTS even her dance partner said he nearly had a nervous break down working with her he couldn’t make a comment without her being rude to him. She was being very difficult and being very defiant. It’s her she is the problem. At least he got to walk away Jon was married to her he had to put up with it 24/7 I pity the next man that dates her.

People say that Mady is a “brat” who doesn’t get punished enough. If you read Kate Gosselin:How she fooled the word, will show that Mady does get punished. In fact more than producers care to show. In the how Kate fooled the World book when Mady was “grouchy”, instead of remaining calm and show her another way to communicate, Kate went over to her and SPANKED her with a wooden spoon until she “happied up”. However Mady is not the only one who acted out. The other 7 kids acted out as well. All 8 of the kids fight with each other and with their parents, talk back, and have meltdowns, like Cara wanting Leah’s pita bread and demanded Leah to give it to her, or Leah and Alexis fighting over a jacket, or Alexis hitting her brothers at the doctor’s office, or Collin fighting with his brother, or even when Cara was arguing with Mady over the markers while creating a poster for a lemonade stand and when their dad punished them, Cara talked back to her dad. The parents shout at the children and argue with each other. There were times when one kid, or a few kids, or most of the kids, or all of the kids got in trouble. In the How Kate fooled the world book, Kate would put the kids in the naughty corner, bribed them, threaten them, sent them to their room for the night, and even SPANKED them because Kate believed in corporal punishment. One time she had to spank all of the sextuplets and send them to timeout for getting into mischief. Jon also disciplines, but he DOESN’T spank them, but he does talk to them. There were also times when the children got punished when the situation could’ve been resolved with using a punishment, or they are treated unfairly. Collin was Kate’s BIGGEST challenge out of all the kids. Collin would be destructive in protest and Kate would spank him HARD. When Collin refused to film, he was sent away to an institution without Jon knowing. Jon has admit his frustration and mistakes, Kate doesn’t. Kate was overbearing and controlling to her kids and her ex husband. Kate has repeatedly disrespected Jon , both physically and mostly mentally and emotionally. Jon works hard to help out the family, but it’s not good enough for Kate. Meanwhile Kate “fired” her extended family and separated Jon from his own family. In addition Kate took complete advantage of others around her, especially her children. She has lied that her children liked the cameras, the trips, and all the stuff Kate “provided” for them. In reality, the kids didn’t like it and all they wanted to do was be real kids and have genuine love and attention. Kate’s affection was only for the cameras. One time Kate made fun of the Korean heritage because Jon was trying show a recipe and Kate was jealous of all the attention Jon was getting. She also made fun of special needs, etc., and behaved completely judgmental. As a result, people, especially the family either fought or tread eggshells when it came to dealing with Kate. The Gosselin kids were afraid of Kate. It’s like dealing with Whitey Bulger or Nurse Rached. The kids would freak out over a mess or something dirty because of the repercussions. If people refuse to do what Kate says, they’re gonna be sorry. The reality TV and fame took its toll on the couple. It got to the point where cameras come in to film everyday and Jon got to the point where he had to push camera crew out of the house. By season 5, Jon Gosselin was DONE with filming and reality TV and when he told Kate he refused to film anymore, Kate out of the blue said she didn’t know why she got married and divorced Jon ONLY because he refused to film. Even without the cameras, Jon and Kate would’ve gotten divorced anyway because of their personalities. Jon being passive aggressive and caring and Kate being selfish and narcissistic. After the divorce, Kate got custody of the kids and TLC payed for her attorneys and court work because she wanted to continue the reality TV. Jon bankrupt himself because he did everything to get his kids off TV. Kate also tried turning her children against their own father and his family. However in 2017 Hannah wanted to live with her dad and had to fight her mom in order to get her point across. Hannah broke her arm during the fight. Then the rest of the kids were instructed by Kate to chant that they will not visit their dad and ignore Hannah. That would explain why the twins were making comments about having a “toxic relationship” with Jon. Soon, Jon won custody over Hannah. Meanwhile Collin wrote a note to Jon about him bailing him out from the facility that Kate put him in and Jon won custody over Collin. The Gosselin kids acted out because they wanted to feel loved and they didn’t get that from their mom. They also felt unheard and not listened too. Every time they disagreed with their mom or when something is wrong, their mom shut them down and refuse to listen. When the divorce happened, the kids’ behavior got much worse than before. Things got so bad that the children were acting out rigorously in front of anyone around them, two of the children, Alexis and Collin got expelled from school and BOTH of the twins were arguing with the babysitters. Mady and Cara would take charge of the sextuplets, the sextuplets didn’t like being told what to do and everyone fights to the points where the babysitter has to break up the fight. One time Kate wanted the twins to be like the Olsen’s before the sextuplets were born. On the show, Mady is portrayed as “brat”. In reality she was emotionally and mentally abused by her mother. Mady isn’t all bad though. She has good qualities too. She is very protective as well as rude to her siblings. An example is that when the kids were playing on the grass near an ice cream shop, Kate screamed at them and Mady said “Why can’t you let them have fun?” Another example when Kate berated Collin over a bear having gum on it, Mady stood up for Collin saying “Collin and the bear play together every morning, It’s not his fault he got gum on his bear. Maybe it fell off when he was talking.” She also comforted him. When the family was getting passports in one episode and Kate was being rude to Jon in an argument and Mady stood up for Jon. Mady also matured a little bit over the years. She also includes her siblings on her Tik Tok videos. Mady maybe strong willed, but she wants to blend in the crowd, especially when she is at college. She has social media, but she doesn’t want to do reality TV or be known as a person from a reality TV show. In interviews with her sister Cara and her mom, her mom was the one who dominated everything and Mady and Cara have little to say. They’re oldsters, they can go on interviews without their mom and they can speak independently. Mady’s behavior is mainly about sibling rivalry and wanting genuine love and time from her parents. She missed the family of four and was upset about the sextuplets coming into the picture and Kate didn’t make as much effort to let Mady know that they’re still a family and Kate’s behavior is mainly about fame and not about family. This how I look at it. Mady may have Kate’s demanding behavior, but compared to Mady, Kate is worse than her. Kate was the one who dictated everything. FYI:I don’t know the Gosselins personally but I did my research on the Gosselin family with sources like Dr. Oz, the Kate fooled the world book I’ve mentioned, and the news media. Also it’s a reality TV show. Things can be heavily edited. It’s not nice to make misconceptions, unless you know what’s going on. Everything about this dysfunctional family is just the tip of the iceberg.

Kate put him in a " Special School" without Jon's knowledge. She would not divulge what his diagnosis is only saying "It is a "very fluid" diagnosis. I was a nurse...A child cannot be admitted with a "Fluid Diagnosis". This makes me think that she does not plan to bring him back into her home...this my personal opinion. Colin has NEVER BEEN BACK TO KATE'S IN OVER TWO YEARS...not even for BIRTHDAYS, CHRISTMAS OR HOLIDAYS. In essence, if you don't March to the drum of KATE'S army orders, you are GONE. He for all practical purposes, has been thrown away by Kate. Colin has reported to his counselors at that school, that Kated was abusing him. Jon took Kate back to court over custody issues in 2015 . They are still in court for over three... almost four years. That multilayered case has not been decided except for his being granted permanent custody of Hanna. Apparently the Court forced Kate to divulge where Colin is. He and Hanna have visited him and you can find pictures of the three of them smiling from ear to ear on the web. He wants custody of Colin and any other of his children who want to live with him.

I wish someone would make Kate sit and watch the film of her behavior, I remember watching these shows the way she screams for John and constantly yelling. She has the nerve to say the quiet child gets it from her. I just want her locked in a room with a continuous tape of her mouth and make her stay there for a couple of hours.

Kate is the most mean,nasty and horrible mother... She reminds me of an ex friend of mine ,who now her adult children having nothing to do with her ... The 6 kids will realize someday that their mother was mean and nasty to them and their dad ... I hope her kids realize before she ruins their lives more then what she already has .... I never watched the show when it was on but watching this video and others has made me disgusted.This woman does nothing but criticise and emasculate him. it's even worse that she does it in front of their children. The thing that really gets me is she thinks she is perfect and does nothing wrong! She should have been happy and THANKFUL to have a husband and coparent be so great with his children. I can NOT believe he dealt with that so so long. I think that no matter what he did it never would have been good enough for her. Thank God he got out! She also seems to criticize her children constantly and doesn't come off as a loving mother. More like a drill sergeant. I get that raising so many so young has got to be extremely hard but show a little love Kate! She thinks she's won since the kids live with her most of the time and some of the kids don't even see him anymore but there's going to come a time when they are going to watch these videos and see how awful she was to their father and remember all the awful things that she said about him in front of them and to them and they're going to not want nothing to do with her. Maybe she will get it then but probably not. A leopard doesn't change it's spots.

I hate when she gets irritated with him for playing with them like a good father should. She should’ve been grateful to have their father there to play with them, especially seeing as they have so many children that need the attention & she’s obviously busy enough as it is anyways.. it’s just sad. It seems that she let micromanaging & not being thankful for what she had right in front of her took over her entire life. Sad that he ended up having to miss out on so much as well as her because life passed her by & she’s still the same way til this day. These kids are now adults or about to be adults; so again, it’s just sad.

I know it can be stressful but dang, guit giving a sob story. I know people who have 10 or more kid's and they embrace it. Of course it is going to be stressful sometimes but she is always talking about laundry duty, meal time, stains on their clothes, and they can't play with marker's or playdough etc... They are kid's, I raised my neices and nephews and let them be kid's. Being a stay at home mom, it is not difficult to let them play and for her to do laundry if they get dirty. She acts like she has 21 kid's. She is always complaining like she is trying to raise a army. I cook just about every night for 13 people. She is being so over the top!
