To be very honest it's always been disgusting to me. It's pathetic how they show a married man with a grown child simping and crushing over other married woman, and also how he treats hiw own wife with no love in front of babita. It's terrible how most of us grew up watching this and thought it's normal and found this very funny, well in actual life, it's not. I don't remember seeing any other married woman running after some other boy, all the women in the serial are projected as a ‘perfect' housewife, fully committed to their husbands, while the husbands drool over other women with no sense of shame.

What asit said in 2017 may be wrong because there's no republic episode in 2017 due to sakharam kidnapping story. So if Asit Modi is right then he must have cancelled the whole story line of the republic day because it was impossible without Tapu's presence.

I don't know Jennifer (I only knew her as an actor who played Roshan) and I don't know Asit either, so it would be inappropriate for me to comment. But there again, I feel something is fishy . So many actors have been leaving the show, and many of them claimed that they had not been paid . Moreover, Asit has not said anything yet. I don't want the show to be boycotted or banned, as it would take a toll on everyone's livelihood, but Asit is going to have to eat a humble pie and confess that he mistreated the actors .

Tarak Mehta's show became lazy. they never moved on from the early 2010s saga. They should have let Popat get married. They should have let us know why Babita and Anjali does not have children. Or later on, one of them should have had a child born. They have shown that the families’ financial situation was the same throughout the decade. As it is a reality show it could have touched the reality by showing families’ financial situation doesn't stay the same. They could have shown a love triangle and also it is cringe to see that Jethalaal still drools for babita ji. Is Daya still on a journey with her mom? And the main director or producer Asit or whatever from the beginning I knew he was a miser as in tarak mehta no one uses any expensive phone or wears above average clothes .they are still stuck with khaet cheap clothes which don't suit their status in the show. By now jethalal should have owned his own car and Tappu and his gang should be shown as normal grownups.

The show had so much of toxicity in it. Its true...ye industry me Kam karate time they are very good and terms wagera nahi batate..payment ke time mang mang ke halat kharab hoti hai.. tab they show hazaro rules jo kam ke pehle nahi bataya Jata ..ye informal industry hai..they make rules acc to their own convenience..actors are exploited.

I'm currently rewatching the old episodes from the 1st one, i realised that the comedy was so good and I could laugh for hours and hours. it's sad to see my favourite show like this but I'm happy that they are exposing him and showing the truth The thing which sometimes makes me really angry is that Asit Modi is not changing anything, every time they show that Popatlal is almost getting married but is not annoyed me also Tapu Sena is still shown in college and is not maturing and are not shown working and doing jobs change is required so the show could be interesting...I would love to see popatlal marrying and Tapu Sena working and earning money
