Ive heard more than one person say in recent years 😂they no longer consider cars that arent at least very near finished because its so dang hard to get parts and very hard to get good interior and or auto body work done. If a car needs something done you cant do yourself it will be a long and expensive road.

I'm a mustang guy around here titles are very important it's just a yard ornament without so that would be a price factor. With the title I would think $3500 to $4500
