You need a little corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce up and help it stick to the meat. Looks good though.

Agreed! That would definitely have helped, I need to add corn starch to my camp kitchen pantry lol Thanks for watching!

Fellow Nevadian with a frontier checking in 🤙🏼 love your videos and rig hopefully i can get my truck with similar gear to you one day. Pro Chef tip if you quick marinate (30 minutes) the beef in a splash of soy, Chinese cooking wine, corn starch, and a pinch of baking soda. It will make the meat super tender, and the starch will make your sauce thicker. Baking soda will also make the meat “larger” 😂 old Chinese velveting method

Nice!! Thanks for the tip, I’ll try that next time bec I loved this recipe and have made it at home after the trip lol thanks for watching!

Camped there March 29, with no bugs. We did see a couple bighorn sheep hanging out on the other side of the canyon.

Married to a Korean and I can't stand Kimchi. But I do like Bulgogi (beef/chicken hot/mild) and a lot of other Korean meats😊. Not a fan of a lot of Korean vegetables, I'm kinda picky.

Nice! At least your open to some foods, better than nothing! Kimchi is pretty strong though so I understand lol thanks for watching!

Not sure if anyone has mention a shoe repair shop. You buy the zipper you want that will work and have them sew it on for you. Of course find shop n see if they will do that kind of repair.

Nice! I had no idea, thanks for the info! And thanks for watching! Appreciate it
I was actually thinking of titling this video Bugs Gone wild ! lol! Good to know about the bug zapper lights, I'll have to look into those and get one for each level of the tent. I actually reached out to Tembo Tusk on this and they ended up sending me a new case which was great! I'm going to have to look through some of your guys' videos for some build ideas on mine! Let me know when the video of your build is published! Thanks for watching Mark & Teresa!

i think you triggered the regulator safety. i just learned about that. you should be able to disconnect and reconnect to reset the safety if you did trigger it
@Kadenventures6 ай бұрын
Good to know, I had no idea there was a regulator safety. I did try disconnecting and re-connecting it multiple times from the Firepit and the propane tank but no dice. I did get a new regulator from Ignik and its working fine as of right now but will mointor. I did keep my old regulator so I could try to play around with it more to see if it starts working again. Thanks for watching Sunny!
