@@fernandobrown7386 I did a job for a guy that became a friend after wards and he asked me for a price I asked what he wanted to spent and I charged him that much. A year later he told me I didn't charge enough and I told him I charged what he wanted to pay mostly because I knew he had a budget and I had to stay in that budget to get the job. I also told if he thought it was worth more he could always pay me more and he did. There's more to being a contractor than meets the eye and most people haven't got a clue what's all involved in it. I let people name their price all the time. Lots of times I can do it cheaper than the competition and when they tell me the price they want to pay I know it's less than what is being bid by everyone else and when I give it even lower than what they want to pay I generally get more work out of them at my price before I even get done with the first job. Like everything else bidding jobs is an art form in itself and the MOST important part of being a contractor is getting the work. Acting like a punk is not going to get you on many jobs.

I've given Eric a harsh time sometimes on Ryan's channel sometimes but fair-play to him giving it a go on his own. He will make some mistakes & he will lose money on some jobs to start with while he's learning but that's how you actually learn for real & get real world experience. It's expensive getting setup with equipment & being honest the equipment costs continue no matter what, you ways needs another tool or bit of equipment & stuff breaks & repairs are expensive. But I wish Eric good luck & he's got good guys around him to help.
