Reason 10: there is nothing you can do. Reason 9: you are afraid of treatment. Reason 8: you have no support. Reason 7: you are under constant stress. Reason 6: It is not just anxiety. Reason 5: Your treatment is not up to date. Reason 4: Lifestyle changes are no substitute for good treatment. Neither is advice from the wrong people. Reason 3: You make too much meaning out of thoughts. Reason 2: You are bewildered. Reason 1: You are actually trying too hard.

30:30 "Autism will complicate treatment considerably" Okay but how? What are the differences in the treatment?? Now to my anxious mind it sounds like "it's too hard so no point in talking about it"

Since an anxiety disorder like OCD can not be cured, it is considered chronic. But, if you're really cool with therapy, you'll menage it in a way that it would feel you don't have it. You can relapse tho.

I agree with 90% of what she's saying it is true but I disagree 100% about medication anxiety medication and antidepressants can be very horrendous to get off of and some of the side effects are absolutely devastating to most people that take them and try to get off that is not a myth that is a fact it angers me that therapist and psychiatrist claim that medications can be taken and taken off of in 30 days that is a lie that is not true for everybody 99.9% of people have horrible horrible side effects so tell the truth
