Mine would laugh at everything or either it was just his noise to communicate. I got my u2 at 5 months old. Hand feed him till 11 months while always keeping keeping pellets an water in his cage. He weaned himself really. I taught him how to fly an he'd fly from his cage to me in my room if i was in bed. I am a paraplegic from a spinal cord injury 22 years ago when i was 19. I also POOP TRAINED him. Yes u read that right. I learned his body language when he needed to go then id grab him before he poop held him over a pooping area of any kind an told him "go poop" an he caught on an so he wound go on command.

It’s common for most to have a raspy graveling voice on occasion. His ranges from that all the way up to high pitched “baby” voices lol. He has so many different tones and sound effects for things. Screams like a banshee sometimes and whispers sweet nothings moments later. lol cockatoos are all over the place 💜
