Thanks for the video. I really don't know why either they spent so much money on stuff like this. I think to get people even more obsessed with another online thing just like social media. Personally I never had any social media accounts other than this KZbin one or back in the day chat rooms. I was thinking a while ago of doing Instagram for my photography but I don't want people to steal my pictures and use it for other things. I barely shop online because like you said I support my local shops in my scene or I'll go for smaller online businesses I think more people should do that.

Design wise its so bad and stiff. "Their" Future looks like babystep graphic design from 2000 and earlier.

Maybe their plan is like the ads for games on Facebook? Try to play the game as bad as they can and force the user to "prove" they could do better. (That just makes me not want to play. Lol) Instead of games, it's developers here.

So much wasted potential. The problem is that the people overall in-charge of Metaverse content aren't aware that there are things they aren't aware of. If people with cultural knowledge, and empathy with user experience, could somehow get into content creation roles, things could turn around. The question is whether Metaverse will embrace outside non-corporate consultation, or keep steering towards the iceberg.
