Most versions of Ra's in TV, video games and movies can use advanced tech for their weapons of mass destruction or master plans but they tend to prefer using traditional and low-tech weaponry for personal close combat fights. For once, Ra's copied one of Batman's tricks which understandably caught Bruce off guard.

The Cave A.I probably didn't sound an alarm because it say Bruce with with someone else so it probably thought Bruce was with somebody he trusted so it didn't go into lock down.

Every mcguffin they had proved to be useless because the league could still function regardless. Flash dusted Boomerang numerous times, Superman was still able to use his powers despite gold Kryptonite actually being used to PERMEANTLY de power him, A simple yellow lantern isn't going to depower Stewart especially when the league fought the sinestro corps and said he could go round for round with Sinestro anytime. Flash still proved the decouplers was useless because Lex did the same thing and he still died.
