From his name I assume he is brazillian and he is the portuguese language community manager. Yes there is a beef between PT-PT and PT-BR for this specific reason. Since there are a lot more brazilians than any other portuguese speakers pretty much every portuguese localisation is in PT-BR, which one might argue is INCORRECT portuguese (#notbiased). It's a bit like the english and "american" except the portuguese have barely any international representation so most companies don't bother to make us happy. 😢
