Levy outplayed him on position when both had lots of time. When time ran low, Levy was outplayed because there was no carry-over of ideas from earlier. He had to come up with something new (...Qd6) and couldn't find it. This means the 3000+ players can be creative at even a 1spm rate. That's amazing.
