Dan completely gets it. I paused this many times to rewatch portions.

Poignantly insightful and a fun presentation to boot. Dan is lovely, and he can stay.

The book is a trap, 90% of the entries are half-page bullet point drafts for chapters still to be written. Excellent talk, not a valid $30 book. ($10 can be ok, but this talk has more about things like "Burn the Ships" than the entire book, for instance)
