You will more than likely get greenbacks unless one of the parents is s split with another mutation. There's a possibility of a that mutation presenting in the chicks

Why would you have a perch from inside of the nesting box? Been in birds for some 25 years and I have never seen anything like that. It makes their nesting lot more difficult. The best design is when the nesting box is prolonged and the opening is on one side of it giving birds lot more privacy. Nice birds otherwise 👍

Its so they don’t land on eggs or babies accidentally. Impossible to protect 100% but extra layer of protection is always good.
