The string lights doesn't seem to be covering the entire wall as the pictures claim to be. I'm I wrong?

I used wire channels with 3m tape for mine, completly hides the wire and eliminates nails or screws. I did have to cut the tracks to 15.5 inches to fit in between the LED housings.
