Talk about 'unexplained wealth', start with our political class. I'm sure our police would love to investigate them? This new 'law' will be abused and is overreach. Thanks David again for being the voice of reason.

Bring down the price of liquor and cigarettes and stop dictating to people; then there'll be no black marketing. The only reason the government isn't bringing these prices down, is because they collect massive amounts of tax on this.
